Watch VideoPodcast 20041115 [ MP4 ]
Here's my second Video Podcast.
This time I'm answering a few questions brought up from doing the first Video Podcast.
Image Quality - I get the great image quality on the Video Podcast by using a Canon GL/2 three chip camera. Three chips are better than one. The better you can get your video source, the better the resulting quality will be.
Next, I compress the video using Sorenson Squeeze. Using Sorenson keeps the high quality.
Audio Quality - For audio, I'm using an ElectroVoice 635A/B microphone which is a nice quality mic that take a beating.
Watching the Video Podcast on an iPod - Sadly you can't watch the video on an iPod because viewing QuickTime or mp4 files is not supported, yet.
Here's hoping that it will be some day soon.
Awesome to see someone doing this in the Boston area!!! I just got into Podcasting over at http://www.rbradio.net if your interested. I'm defintely going to be checking this out!
