This time, I was there to record it on video. "Its an Oriental Tree Squirrel with the scientific name Callosciurus finlaysoni (Callosciurus translates as "beautiful squirrel") found in Thailand and other parts of South East Asia. So if you sighted a white squirrel here in North America outside of captivity, its almost certainly a color variant of one of our many native species of the genus Sciurus"

2010 Ford Mustang 360 Degree Preview

The Ford 2010 Mustang preview website is very cool, especially the intro movie, which when finished playing, you can control an external 360 degree view of the car.

While watching the movie I was wondering how they did a 'Matrix' type of 360 degree view, then when the movie finishes playing, you can control the camera yourself. I've always been a fan of Musatang's, although I never owned one my self. I came close after graduating high school. I test drove a friend's red convertible, but when I got it inspected, it had a cracked frame. I actually ended up with a Ford Torino. Nicely done.

Plans for a New City Hall in Government Center, Boston

City Hall is unhealthy and environmentaly unsound. Our plan would knock down the current city hall, and build a new state of the art city hall right here. The idea would be to sell Court Street and build a new city hall that captures the past and plays off the nicer architecture in the area. Build underground parking for a revenue stream, sell the parcel next door for development and green city hall plaza. City Hall plaza should be a place where people are in a hurry to get to, not in a hurry to leave.
