New Low-Carb Beer: Coors "Really" Light.

AP, Golden Colorado-- Coors Brewing Co. said Wednesday it will launch a low-carbohydrate beer brand in 10 states on March 1, in an effort to grab a larger share of the expanding market for beers that appeal to people on low-carb diets.

Sounds like a great beer to eat chips and pretzels with!

Harpoon Abbey Ale: It is on tap at Doyle's!

I ordered an Abbey Ale at Doyle's last night.

Our waitron told me that they don't have an Abbey Ale.

I knew that they did, since I got it the last time I was there.

"Don't you have it on tap?" I asked.

"No." he says. "All we have is a 100 Barrel beer. It's a wheat beer."

He must have been thinking about the last 100 Barrel Beer, the Wit.

So I ordered it anyway, and after I got it, I took it up to the bar and asked if it was an Abbey Ale.

It was.

If I'd gone to Aura they'd know what I was talking about.
