It wouldn’t be a rock n roll movie without a rock n roll soundtrack and Jack Black and Atlantic Records really pulled out all the stops on this one, as it’s a who's who of classic rock. When the soundtrack lands in stores on September 30th, you’ll not only get classic cuts from The Who, The Doors, Cream, Led Zeppelin, The Ramones, Stevie Nicks and T-Rex but you’ll also get a new classic from The Darkness, as well two cuts from the School of Rock band lead by Jack Black with some backing by his junior partners.Check out the music video and the tracks on the motion picture soundtrack.

Hopefully he will do another movie, or maybe he will go public with his band "blind". I think he's a pretty rad drummer too, but not as good as fab from the Strokes!
