We recently remodeled our bathroom and added a fan over the tub.
After a huge downpour, we saw rain coming through the new fan vent and landing right in the tub!
I guess if you are going to have a leak, that's a good place to have one.
So we had a few people come out to take a look at the leak.
Rich Lambert from American Property Services knew exactly what to do to stop the leak. The area where the dormers connect to the house needed to be replaced with copper. It had been sealed with tar. A cheaper solution, which would need to be replaced all the time.
Rich installed the new copper and since then we've had no leaks.
