Boston's Faneuil Hall and Quincy Market

Located near the Government Center T stop on the Green or Blue line is Boston's Faneuil Hall and Quincy Market. Lots of shopping and food choices are here including Durgin Park, Union Oyster House and Kingfish Hall. The Union Oyster House is the oldest restaurant in Boston and the oldest restaurant in continuous service in the U.S. — the doors have always been open to diners since 1826.

Fenway Park: Where to Eat and Drink, and How to get there

In this episode of the Carol and Steve Show Carol and Steve take you to Fenway Park.

Some tips:
Take the MBTA Green Line train and get off at the Kenmore Square stop.

Stop off for a drink and a bite to eat at Boston Beer Works, Game On! or Cask'n Flagon.

Boston Beer Works is a micro brewery. The beer there is really good and they have a really large selection of food. I like the Green Monster, it's a chicken sandwich with pesto.

For a something a little nicer try Great Bay.

Broadcasting LIVE from the Mall

I was reading a post by Jeff Pulver about Personal Broadband Broadcasting Platforms while at the Chestnut Hill Mall waiting for Carol outside the Apple Store. I decided to broadcast live with blogtv.com. The Apple store has great free WiFi. Carol was with me and decided to capture this moment on video with my Nokia N95. The exciting thing about this is that is gives us a glimpse of what the future might be like when we have access to WiFi wherever we are. More than just test broadcasts from a mall, I see a future where real people will be able to share stories without the need for any intermediaries.
