It Costs 59 Cents to Vote in Massachusetts

It costs 59 cents to mail an absentee ballot into the City of Boston election department. There is no documentation in the absentee ballot mailing package or on the City Election Department website about postage cost. A call to the election department was inconclusive.

Just got a call from the election department. They are going to include a note in the Absentee Ballot mailngs and on the website to let people know that it costs 59 cents to mail.
