Hey Steve,
I have been watching your posts for a while and have been admiring your interview style. After watching this post I just had to say that you have a very gentle way of interviewing that allows the person being interviewed to shine. I love your style, man! Keep up the good work!

It's pretty simple, ask an open ended question and sit back and listen, then follow up on what was just said....
I am horrified by people with a list of prepared questions, who just read each one off a list without listening to what is being said.

What really cool art! I liked the way that she made complicated stuff sound really simple, you could see her focus was really on the art, not the technology

After you click that choose a player, either QuickTime or Windows.
Then it will play.
