Gnomedex: Seattle 2005

I met up with fellow videobloggers Clint, Eric and Bre this afternoon after arriving in Seattle for Gnomedex.

We went down to the Farmers Market at Pike Place and saw a lot of colorful and neat stuff. Later on we met Katie who was playing violin outside the first Starbucks.

The line was too long so we got some coffee at Tully's.

Here's a video I shot this afternoon and edited together tonight. Gives you a look at our afternoon.

Length 1 min 45 sec

Tonight's registration event had the feel of one of the original MacWorld's. Lot's of fun people. I even met two aliens. ;-)

That's what this conference is all about, people. As Chris Pirilo says, "it's a people aggregator".

I say Gnomedex is like an RSS 2.0 feed, where the enclosures are interesting people.
