Best customer service ever.

I entered a request for service in the morning and got a call back that someone would be here in the after noon between 2 and 4. Then at 10:00 AM my doorbell rang and Doug was here to fix my garage door.

I had a chronic problem with one of the wheels coming off the track. My friend Bre Pettis suggested a temporary solution. But that stopped working.

Doug took about an hour to replace all the wheels.

Our back porch's main support beam was rotting away, so we needed to have the porch jacked up, the main supports replaced, along with the floor.

Martin called back when I left a message asking for a quote, responded with a fair quote, and started the job the next week.  That's unheard of!

First of all, I've got to say that Terry has the best answering machine message I have ever heard.  Want to find out how much his rates are and how he does business?  Give him a call, and if hte machine picks up, you get a COMPLETE description of his services and costs.

Before hiring Terry for a recent move, I went to a few well known local moving companies web sites and entered in some information so that they would call me back.  No one ever called.  After leaving a message, no on called.

Upon the recomendation of my cousin, I called Terry and left a message.  He called back, gave me an estimate for hte move, and set a date.

In addition to being a great guy, Terry wrapped everything that we hadn't packed up in boxes.  This man has more blankets than the Eskimos!

Terry made the move really easy, called to confirm the day before, and called from the truck on his way over.

In every way, Terry did a great job.

Michael Oh and his staff are the only place I will now take my Macintosh compujter for repair.

I bought my PowerBook at Tech Superpowers and have worked with Mike on a few projects.  When my Mac recently had hard drive problems it was on a weekend, so I dropped by the Apple store in the mall to have a Mac Genius help me out.  After three trips back to the Apple store, it turns out that they did not do the most basic thing, check my hard drive's S.M.A.R.T. status.

That's the first thing they would have done at Tech Superpowers.

So I just had them replace my hard drive.  In just over two hours they installed a new hard drive AND transferred all my programs and settings.

From now on, my first call for service will be Tech Superpoers.
